Graves Automations is operated by Brant Graves, a sole proprietor based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our website is gravesautomations.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the business:

• Contact info you give us — name, email, phone, company, and any details you submit through our contact form, intake form, or email.
• Payment info — collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Project data — anything you share with us so we can deliver an audit, build, or product (CRM exports, lead lists, market notes, workflows, etc.).
• Site usage — basic analytics like pages viewed, referrer, device, and approximate location, collected via standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not sell this data.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the audit, build, or product you purchased.
• To respond to inquiries you send us.
• To process payments and handle refunds (via Stripe).
• To send service-related emails (receipts, deliverables, project updates).
• To improve the site and our offers (aggregate analytics only — never individually identifying anyone publicly).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

4. Service providers we use

To run the business, we share data with these providers:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Workspace — email and document storage.
• GoHighLevel — CRM, scheduling, and client communication for engagements that use it.
• Vercel / hosting — website hosting and delivery.
• Skool — community platform for any membership product purchased through us.

Each of these has its own privacy policy, and we only share what they need to do their job.

5. Cookies

The site uses essential cookies (to keep the site working) and may use lightweight analytics cookies to count pageviews. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

6. Data retention

We keep your information as long as we need it to deliver the engagement and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see Section 7.

• See what personal information we have about you.
• Correct or update your information.
• Delete your information (subject to legal/tax retention rules — for example, payment records).
• Opt out of any marketing email.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any “sale” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS, access controls, and trusted vendors. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
