Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel they got real value. This page explains exactly when refunds are available and how to request one. If anything below is unclear before you buy, email us at brant@gravesautomations.com and we'll answer in writing first.

Audits and one-time digital products

7-day satisfaction window.If you purchase the Lead Graveyard Audit or another one-time digital product and feel the deliverable did not provide the value we promised, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. To qualify, you'll need to share what fell short — we use that to improve the offer.

Refunds are not available after 7 days, or after you've used the deliverable to take meaningful action (for example, running the audit's recommended drips, exporting the buyer-list gap analysis, or sharing the report externally).

Custom builds and engagements

Deposit + milestone-based. Custom builds are scoped in writing before work begins, with a deposit and milestone payments. Refund terms for each engagement are spelled out in the proposal you sign.

General rule:

  • Before work starts— full refund of the deposit, minus any third-party fees we've already paid on your behalf.
  • Mid-build — we refund any unearned portion of the current milestone. Earned work and delivered assets are non-refundable.
  • After delivery — non-refundable. We will, however, honor any fix-it window written into your proposal.

Subscriptions and memberships

Recurring products (memberships, communities, ongoing automation retainers) are billed in advance for each period. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods. The first 7 days of any new subscription are eligible for a full refund if you change your mind.

Third-party costs

If your engagement included third-party costs we paid on your behalf — for example, software licenses, GoHighLevel sub-accounts, domains, paid lookups, or carrier fees — those amounts are non-refundable once incurred.

How to request a refund

Email brant@gravesautomations.com with:

  • The email and name on your order.
  • The product or service you purchased.
  • A short note on what fell short.

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we'd much rather make it right than fight a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be disputed with documentation.
