1. Who we are

Graves Automations is operated by Brant Graves, an individual sole proprietor based in Las Vegas, Nevada (“Graves Automations,” “we,” “us”). Our website is gravesautomations.com. By accessing the site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell

We provide:

• Audits and digital deliverables — including the Lead Graveyard Audit and similar one-time reports.
• Custom automation builds — scoped engagements that integrate tools like GoHighLevel, Stripe, REsimpli, Make, Zapier, and others.
• Software and digital products — including Wholesale OS and any downloadable assets, training, or memberships we may offer.

Each product or service has its own scope, deliverables, and timeline, which we agree on in writing before work begins.

3. Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Custom builds are typically billed as a deposit plus milestone payments. Audits and digital products are billed in full at purchase. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed amount.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

5. Your responsibilities

For us to deliver, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the systems we're working in.
• Hold the licenses and rights for any data, contacts, or content you ask us to work with.
• Comply with applicable laws — including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state-level marketing rules, and fair-housing laws — when using anything we deliver.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks, templates, code libraries, and tooling. Once you've paid in full, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the specific deliverables we built for you inside your business. You may not resell, sublicense, or productize our deliverables without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business data, customer lists, and operational details as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement. We expect the same in return for any of our materials marked confidential.

8. No guarantees of results

Our deliverables are tools and recommendations. Real-estate and sales results depend on your market, list quality, follow-through, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of deals, leads, or revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or any product or service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
